At Kasbah World, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase — including size, colour, and quantity.

Why No Returns?

Each piece in our collection is carefully sourced or crafted in Morocco. Due to the nature of our products and the logistics involved, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
