Exchanges

Wrong size? You have 7 days from delivery to ask for an exchange. Email kasbahworld@gmail.com or DM @kasbahworld with your order number, and we'll swap your piece for the other size, subject to stock.

The piece must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in its original packaging.

Exchange delivery costs 50 dh, paid by you. Nothing else — no restocking fee, no admin charge.

No refunds

We don't refund orders. All sales are final apart from the size exchange above, and apart from damaged or incorrect items below.

Damaged or incorrect items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at kasbahworld@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. If we got it wrong, we make it right at our cost.

Why it works this way

Every piece is produced in small runs in Morocco. We'd rather put the money into the product than into return logistics.
